Architectonic and interior project

Designing new constructions or renovations in the following stages: briefing, survey of the property, concept and executive project. This last one contemplates all the necessary information for its execution.

Luminotechnical project

Analyzing the goal of each environment, measuring the amount of light necessary for the valorization of the architectural spaces, providing well-being, comfort to the users and ensuring energy efficiency.

Special piecies project

Designing since luminaries until furniture and decorative elements, and all tailor-made and exclusive, designed according to the client's wishes.

Financial feasibility study

Planning the expenses for the materialization of the project (complementary projects, materials, work force and outsourced services). Developing a project in line with the budget established by the client.

Taxation of work

Developing a physical / financial schedule to coordinate the professionals involved in the work. Performing a close follow-up of all stages: deliveries, installations and contracted services. Guaranteeing the execution according to the project, within the established deadlines and costs.

Consultancies on demand

A meeting, on demand, with the duration of 2 hours where we propose solutions to problems predetermined by the client, regarding interiors and lighting. Change of layout, optimization of space, lighting, suggestion of furniture, pictures, luminaries, accessories, etc... Any theme to be solved in your space.

Focus on the realization of unique projects

Created in 2019 by Architect and Lighting Designer Fernanda Cristina Marques, the office manages from the conceptual project to the delivery of the work.

We establish the project guidelines in a transparent dialogue with the client. We are specialists in developing projects based on design, innovation and quality, understanding the project in its different scales: from the macro of Architecture to the micro of Industrial Design. Fernanda Cristina Marques: architect and lighting designer

Fernanda Cristina Marques was born in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, and has a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of São Paulo (USP) since 2006. In Brazil, she has developed multidisciplinary professional experience in important offices of architecture, graphic design and product design. She lived in Spain for 5 years, where she took two specialization courses at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC): Creativity in Product and Service Project Development and a specialization course in Lighting Design. She worked as an Architect and Lighting Designer in important Catalan offices. Returning to Brazil in 2014, she was hired by the Spanish construction company Empty, where for 4 years she developed important Museography projects. In 2018 she was in the Portuguese lighting company O/M, adding knowledge about lighting. In 2019 she founded Pedrisco. with the idea of developing unique projects in Brazil and internationally.

She believes in constant improvement and that is why she attends congresses, meetings, courses and national and international competitions in search for new technical knowledge, for new solutions and for new perspectives on Architecture, Design and Lighting Design.
